Crufts 2006

Oh my I keep finding things !!

This was the tribe that I took to Crufts in 2006 . Not a very good photo I know but it amused me to think I handled all those dogs, I'm sure Gemma Knight helped me somewhere along the way!!!

This must have been one of those rare occasions where everything fitted into place ...no season, no puppies, no out of coat .

I'm not sure who is who other than Seymour is on the left and in there somewhere are Berrie Brea Lyric Renn and Linnet!!! Linnet won Post Graduate bitch that year handled by her breeder Thor Jakobsen, his first time handling at Crufts !

Breeze

I have been made to clear all my photos off the computer onto a hard drive (sigh) and among them was this photo of Steeplehouse Breeze.
Breeze was owned and loved by Paula Goulette and this was taken in the summer of 2007 whilst on a walk with my lot.

Breeze was half sister to Berrie as they were both sired by Riversflight Neath of Beanit. Breeze was also half sister to Berrie and Brea's mother Tori (Kentee Innes)as her mother was the sister of Riversflight Juba Tori's father ...still with me ?

Breeze spent time over in America with Paula and her husband Mike even getting her Junior Hunting Title whist there .

Sadly Paula has lost Breeze but now has a Grandaughter of Brea's out of Rainesgift Summer Thyme of Steeplehouse. Summer will be competing in the Obedience at Crufts this year proving that brains must run in the family !!!

Lizzlog Laceys Enigma

Not forgetting Darwin's sister the beautiful Lizzlog Laceys Enigma owned by her breeder Linda Walker and handled by Hayley Walker.

Lacey joined us on the Lilychip photo shoot and here is just one of the stunning images Sue captured of this very photogenic lady !

Lacey qualified for Crufts 2011 at her Manchester show under Sylvia Bunting, her first Championship show outing .

I think this little girl is going to be a lot of fun for Linda and Hayley x

Stranfaer Miss Muffet

It's always nice to see puppies that are out of your breeding and this pretty lady is Stranfaer Miss Muffet, better known as Larkin . Bred by Karen Joyce, Larkin is out of Rainesgift The Dawn of Tyme for Stranfaer and is owned by Steve and Maureen Rose. This photo was sent to me by Kelly Holland the very proud owner of Denver, Larkins Swedish Import sire Calzeat Causa Commotion at Flatcharm bred by Anette Dyren .

Larkin , now aged 9 months is qualified for Crufts and along with her sister and brother will make her debut at the worlds biggest dog show in March.

Wishing all those concerned the best of luck x

Rainesgift photoshoot by Lilychip

The Rainesgift gang have had their first photo shoot of the year courtesy of Lilychip photographer Sue Phillips of www.lilychip-photography.co.uk. It was a beautiful but very cold day at the beautiful setting of Scarsdale Hall near Chesterfield. The dogs were on form and desperate just to run on the hill in the wind. Many thanks to Sue and my co handler Hayley Walker for their patience in getting the most amazing photographs of the gang !
A slide of the shoot can be found in the gallery on the Website
